For those of you wanting to spice up our sites, try the stuff at this site. www.dynamicdrive.com
Some cool stuff here, and all you gotta do is copy and paste into your html code. Works great with frontpage too. I used the splash page effect for my site.

Thanks John,

I seen your website & I've seen what you get when you register with Angelfire. No comparison. I figured you to be some kind of website-wizard (& maybe you are). I'm totally lost figurin' how to design this stuff.

Thanks,
Bill Cosharek

Nah, I aint no website wizard Bill, but MS FRONTPAGE makes it awful easy to do. Angelfire is pretty good, as they just allowed for bigger sites. I got 50 megs there now, but they don't allow you to use their site just for storage, that is if you put a photo in your angelfire files, and post it on here, it won't show. Some of the other sites do though, and I have stuff in several of them. Doing the layout in frontpage is quick and easy, and if you want to add special effects like at dynamic drive, you just copy in the html, change it to work for your site, and there you go. We got lots of wizards on here though. Several of the heads do their own html code, and their stuff is great. And,glad I could help kookabura!

Thanks for the link, John!

Here are a few other helpful sites I've found:

http://www.dhtmlshock.com

http://www.builder.com/Programming/Kahn/012898/index.html

http://pages.hostedscripts.com

I've not yet taken the initiative to re-do my site yet - that's a winter project - but there's lots of good stuff out there!

Sam
p.s. Here's a site I came across the other day: http://www.eurekasprings.com
For those of you who don't get to see beautiful fall colors, this is a good one!
Plus they use dhtml (I think, anyway) in a cool way on there.
