Our neighborhood holds a garage sale each year....the people who put it on have a couple of signs of their own they put out.....

I asked them if I might take them home and touch them up a bit......

(I put "donated by Splash Signs" & my phone # at the bottom)
Just a little community service....

Alright my kind of sale. OK Adrienne so how much for the garage? $20 bucks right now! I need an extra garage. forgive me but i'm a flea market, yard sailin, garage fool when it comes to bargins, I love em, so uh back to my question, how much for the garage?

Neat layout, a GREAT improvement for the neighborhood. Donating work is a great way to get your name on the tips of everyones tongues looking for free work. Hope your not inundated with calls next week wanting free yard sale and garage sale signs. "No good deed ever goes unpunished" is what Pappy always said.

HAHA, good one.....I just couldn't bear to see those sucky signs go up on my street....we are participating in the sale too, so it benefits us as well.....lots of ppl are coming to our house (boyfriend has a ton of fishing gear for sale)

Only problem is....I keep grabbing stuff the neighbors have out....not eliminating anything, just exchanging my junk for theirs...

I don't mind doing something for free, IF...I can get my name on it...IF I'm getting something I want..and IF I just FEEL like it. Who cares if ppl call me for a freebee...what do they got I want? If they don't have anything I can use, I won't do it...I like to barter! Anything wrong with that?
