Seen alot of great looking signs using the smalts technique. Thinking about trying a project with it. Any tips, tricks, and suppliers that I can buy from.
Any help will be great ..

Thanks all

Let the smalt set over night, nothing worse
than a few shallow spots.

Good Luck!

You might see if you can find the March, 2000 issue of "Sign Builder Illustrated" magazine. It has a rather detailed "step-by-step" smaltz article in it that I wrote. An excellent supplier of smalts supplies is Rick Glawson at "Esoteric Sign Supply" in Wilmington, California. Just go to the Letterhead merchant page and click on his banner.
