Has any one ever heard of non-oxidizing copper? We have had a request for it to trim a sign panel.

Thanks

Yes, it's available at most good building suppliers along with flexible glass and rainbow-colored paint.

But seriously, copper is copper, its nature is to oxidize unless you can exclude oxygen from it.

Copper did not use to be so pure as it is these days
Il "older" times ( 20 years ago) copper was always mixed with other metals
Todays fine producing line are able to make purer copper
so it dont oxidize that fast
Taht may be what they ment

Here there is a problem to get copper to look old, when one is changing old church roofs and such. It simply stays red, wont go green, unless they treat it.

Or maybe they want it clear powdercoated
