I figured this might be a fun post!

Just take alook around our wonderful town we have our coffee shop / fishing hole, where us sign folk can tell our tales, we have a woderful school system where we all learn a LOT, we also have a great general store to buy our supplies. We also seem to have a great church with a huge congregation, and a bakery where everyone shares thier recipes.

It's easy to see all these and more if you just look as the diversity of all the posts here on this board. I'm sure I missed a lot, which is good, let's see how many more places we can create in our minds by looking at the posts. Have fun!

Hi Bob,

I personally can't wait to see what the new site will look like!

Here are a few ideas I had back in November;

HeadTV - The Drive-Inn

The Book Store - The Book Shoppe

The Portfolio Table - The Art Museum

Downloading goodies - The Candy Store

The Chat - The Coffee Shoppe (they're a bigger hit than bars out here now, thee place to yak) The diner Dan drew could be one cool coffee shoppe.

The Chat help files - The menu for the Coffee Shoppe

The archives - The Library

Chat Pal Pics - The Photo Album

Emails - Old fashioned telephone booth

Flaming Posts - The Fire Hall? hehehe!

Supplier's Soapbox - The Sign Magazine

Merchant's supplies - Sign Hardware Store or local mall

Downloadable Recipes for $$? - The Bakery (could save everyone loads of money - just make them downloadable, no books, cd's required)

Biographies - The Family Tree

Classifieds- Classified Section of the newspaper

Meet info - Meet info section of the newspaper or the Hear Yea, Hear Yea! guy with the bullhorn running through town.

(this is fun...)

Computer Questions - The Computer Store

Letterhead Kid's Talk - The Playground

Design/cost workshop - School

The Bulletin Board - The local Bulletin Board (the kind you see on the outside of a store with notes pinned all over it)

History of Letterheads - The Historic Monument at Town Square (statue idea?)

And for the rest of the November replies, check out...
