Hi All,

Being a window,wall, and banner painter, open walls are a must in my shop. I have one wall that is a giant grid. I used pinstriping tape for the grid lines, and vinyl numbers to number the lines. It is 16 ' x 8' with zero being at the center. It saves me time because I don't need to measure with a tape when I project. Works great for painting decals and banners.
Across from that wall I have another wall that is all glass. It's approx. 6' x 9' and painted a light grey behind it. I use that wall to practice some different techniques for window splashes. I can paint a window splash anytime I want.

If you build a bulletin wall in your shop, install it so that it slants away from the wall just a little at the top. All drips go straight to the floor without hitting the sign.

I use Pre Printed 4ft brown pattern paper,with 1"-6"-and 12" markings that stand out from each other.GREAT for "on location work"that we BOTH seem to do.Good thinking Jeff
