We laughed about when Johnny told Albert to "paint it with acumen." After reading every label on the paint shelves, Albert came back with "I couldn't find the acumen, is there another color that will work?"

Years ago in central Wisconsin there was a young potato grower who was of Polish descent. He had 6 or 7 older trucks to letter, so I took my yet-to-be wife along and we got to work.
A while later this farmer comes over, looks around and asks me, "da use boat paint?'. I showed him a can of 1-shot and he says, "no, no, no. Do da boat of use guys paint?"
