I decided to post this today because I will not be around a computer tomorrow.

50 years ago tomorrow I married my high school sweetheart. When we married I was 19 and she was younger. We married 2 days after she graduated high school. I always tell people that everyone said it would never last, so we have stayed together this long just to prove them wrong.

The fact of the matter is I'm not sure what her excuse is, but I know what I got and I have no intentions of letting her go.

She has even stood by me and let me play in the sign shop for 37 years.

Hope ya'll have a good weekend too!

Congratulations! 50 is a milestone. It takes a lot of giving and caring to keep love growing, and it doesn't matter what your current favorite font is.

Congratulations!

Sophie and I had our 50th last October 4 so we've been married 50 years, 8 months, and 26 days so far... but who's counting?
