I need a source for 500 stickers. Two colors on white. Size of a sheet of paper. Is there a better way than screen printing?

Have you tried CarStickers.com?
Also 4over might make them.

So they have to be weather resistant or UV coated?

365 is good for most things, but they charge the same for repeats as single prints. It gets way too expensive.

Try stouse.com. They have many sizes, do great work and quick turn around
