My aunt and uncle drove home last week for my other aunt's 80th birthday. On Saturday my uncle's right foot began to swell and become numb. He didn't think he could drive back to Florida so my sister and I decided to take them home.(I drove the car and my sister went along for the ride)
We left here at 5:30 Sunday morning and arrived in West Palm Beach about 9 that night. We were able to see their new house, and sleep in their new guest rooms. By the time we could rent a car on Monday morning my sister and I left about 9:30 Monday morning, and retuned home at midnight Monday night.
As I was driving through Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida I thought of a lot of good friends in those states. I didn't really have time to stop for everybody, so I did a lot of waving. It was good to have so many friends to think of while driving along.
I also thought of a lot of friends farther East and prayed that they have good fortune in the days to come this week.

Maybe you should wave at each other, one coast to the other?
