When I got my printer I was advise to not mix cast vinyl and lam and calandered. Now I have a little bit of calandered vinyl left and no lam to go with it. So my question is what will happen if I print on calandered and lam with cast.

Rob you can use cast laminate over calandered vinyl but not calandered laminate over cast vinyl.

When long-term durability is required, it is never a good idea to mix materials, even brands sometimes.

However, as Dennis said, you can put cast lam on top of calendared. Just not the other way around.
