Switched from a GS15 to a Gerber HS15 plotter (not plus model). I'm using Flexisign. I swapped the plotters, told flexi it was now an HS15. When I send the job it only cuts the first "packet of information" it seems. With 6" text reading RAFT, it might cut the majority of the R, then stops. Light doesn't blink, no errors, just stops. When I turn the plotter off, and start again, it MAY cut more/next packet of info, or it might not.
Any suggestions?

you sure its got the correct cable between the puter and cutter? And do you have the correct port settings. Because ti sound like the signal to send more data is not getting back to the computer
