Because of heritage restrictions a certain client is not able to place window decals on the outside of their windows and was looking for two-sided multi-colour digital print decals to apply to the inside of the glass and still have the branding visible inside and outside.

Is anyone aware of a method to produce decals that have adhesive applied over the print on one side?

Anyone have a source?

Thanks.... Marty

Marty, those could be done by anyone with a Gerber Edge or you could reverse print one side on clear vinyl, regular print on white vinyl and then laminate the clear with the white vinyl.

Marty,

....or you could hand paint it, on both sides, like I did with this window, back in 1991, in Orlando, Fla.:

 -

I did it for three good reasons......First the owner was so proud of his logo, that he wanted his customers to see it, while they were eating.

The second, was because he paid me triple the amount that I had, originally, quoted him for painting his logo, just on the outside of the window of the restaurant.

The third reason was because I needed the money......badly !

I hope this helps.

Marty,

Gary is correct. Anyone with a Gerber Edge can produce them. I've done so from time to time.

However, I recommend making the central-most color layer black so that the decal doesn't end up translucent and the print on the 2nd side is visible from the 1st.

If you have someone nearby who can Edge print for you but doesn't know how to set the file up, let me know. I'll be happy to set it up for them.
