How would you answer a customer who sent you this? Just curious what others would say. I have already responded to her.
"I want a wall mount "medal holder" for my husband's marathon medals. I'd like it to say "I run because I really like beer". Can you do something like that? How soon could it be done? How much would it cost?"

was this an email? if it was, I would find a way to have a real conversation with this person. If they wont put in the effort of a conversation of a visit to your shop then Iwould walk.

It was an email through our website. I told her to stop by the shop and we could show her materials, sizes, prices but with the info she had given me, I couldn't tell her much. She came in, we took down her info, filled out a work order and got the job.
