I googled the image and I see a nice, fairly hi-res pic of the flower, which you could find.
As you say...they are paying, so it is up to you to reproduce what they want?
If you are printing the image, some short time in photoshop or photopaint would make it quite useable.

IN WHAT FORMAT DO YOU NEED IT???? you gona cut vinyl, or print it? and how big will it be??? iam sure if you go to some of their company documents.........you can find a PDF with that logo on it. most PDF's if it has VECTOR graphics, you CAN TAKE IT...... from that document.

Thanks OP. Got the vector of the lettering and the cutline for the flower. I may have to res up the flower a bit.

Thanks everyone. Even on their "logo" materials, the flower is really pixel-ly. Bummer.
