Hanging and labeling everything was a bit of a challenge. After five days, we can see how it now flows. Lots of traffic and some sales finally coming together. Retirement into RETAIL!

I love the automotive paintings. Great choice of business for retirement...doing what you love to do. Maybe we will visit your gallery someday.

Hi Preston,

Best of luck with the new adventure!

I had a stroke about 11 months ago, and had to quit my business ( which I loved ) I miss the work and the customers.

I also do artwork but might try left handed !
Might make me loosen up!

Here is where I show some past work.

Again enjoy!

Nice work Tom.
My Dad had a stroke and was able to work his way out of it, and get his right hand working again. I hope you can do the same.

Tom,
Nice work. Your Drag Strip Ghosts is interesting. When I drive down from Kansas City to Santa Fe, I come to a town out in western Kansas called Hugoton. There is a race tracl out there that is now shut down. The best part is it was named Dirtona 500. I laugh every time I see it full of weeds.

Keep at the paintings.

Good luck...my favorites would be the narrative paintings.

Narratives are tricky to sell, compared to the landscapes. In the last 30 years, I have sold 523 landscapes compared to 15 narratives. People love them, but living with them always makes them wary, somehow.
The auto paintings, which I am not showing yet here at the gallery, have sold well, except for the Chevrolet images, for some reason. Go figure that one?
Will move in the auto paintings in a few days to test the market. It is a constant experimentation until I get the rhythm of the traffic.
