We have been working on this project for a few months and finally got it installed a couple weeks ago. Pretty proud of it - some of the largest letters we have created. HDU routed out letters wtih Aluminum leaf on the face. Backed with black and red alupanel.

Shirley, I think we used 11 books of aluminum leaf. We only leafed the fronts - a good friend of ours told us not to bother with the edges, and he was right...you can't even tell.
