If we always waited for warmer weather lots of fun things would be missed. [Smile]

Hey, what are you trying to prove, huh?

Man, it's been a long time since I've been under the ice. Maybe not owning a dry suit has something to do with that too.

Now WHY would you do that? Do you do rescues for those falling through the ice? Years ago a man my husband worked with were out on the ice, participating in an ice festival activity, when he, his wife, and 3 kids fell in. One of the daughters died. They didn't find her for a couple of days.

Bill, as you can see I am wearing a wetsuit. Some have drysuits, me I am to cheap to put out the money.

Yes Diane, it keeps us in practice for search and rescue. Although March first we will drop down on a shipwreck just for the fun of it. The water will be warmer anyway, [Smile] will be around -4 air temp. when we dive. Gotta love winter!

I think that is awesome you are doing this for search and rescue because it sounds sane. This week they were showing on the news the search and rescue teams diving into the ice just as you are here; please take care.
