It's been awhile since I installed these. 6 to 10" molded plastic, mounted on a wall with vinyl siding, presumably over plywood decking.
Does $5 per stud sound about right? Thanks

How about the number of shop hours, worked, on location, by the installer, plus the number of shop hours worked by each helper, during the installation, plus time spent on the road, to the job site, and back to the shop?

Already figured the travel time etc. Time at the jobsite is hard to estimate sometimes so I always priced by the stud...just couldn't remember the number.
I figured $410 for new Gemini letters $77.50 for travel time/fuel $390 for the install $5 for silicone $883.40 plus tax $945.24 total
The other alternative was to move some Gemini letters they already had, at another branch, to the new location. So I figured...
$98.06 for travel/fuel to old location $172.50 for removal $60 to make a new pattern $77.50 travel/fuel to new location $390 to install at new location $5 for silicone $803.50 total
They went with moving the old letters and all I will have in material cost is a tube of silicone and some fuel.

I normally take Gemini's catalog price and double it for the selling price plus materials (marked up 100%) and travel time.
Friday, I finished a $15,000 job and it came out well.
On cast plaques, I triple Gemini's price.
