Here's a fun sign we are currently working on in the shop. It is for a large ferris wheel. The bulk of the sign was routed from 30 lb Precision Board with the prairie dog hand sculpted using Abracadabra Sculpting epoxy. I finished carving in the wood grain texture today and now it goes to the painting department.

Now, you're just showing off.
Also, you forgot to mention what brand of die grinder you are using. Ka-ching!
Great stuff, Dan...as always.

Cool Dan...is that the 'Banff' vest you are wearing?
Posted by Dan Sawatzky (Member # 88) on :
After over a decade of use the vest I received in Banff is now a shop coat, and worn to work. It keeps me warm when I am in and out of the shop and up at the worksite for brief periods. The beautiful stitched Banff letterhead meet logo on the back is still perfect.

Where are you keeping that "FKAB" sign?
I had the opportunity to work on that project back in '03?
Everyone at that meet wanted to take that sign home!

The FKAB sign is in my studio above the library. It is sill looking fine!
