Seems to me that I recall mention on this board of a clear primer...is anyone aware of such a product and had any experience with it?

I used the Zinsser Peel Stop on the siding on my old building and surprisingly it seemed to work well.

XIM Flash Bond is an incredible clear primer for enamels!

XIM Flash Bond is what we used to coat out old porcelain signs. Nothing else would stick.

Another fairly clear primer sealer is SignLife which was primarily designed to seal and strengthen redwood & cedar for sandblasting.
