ANY TAKERS, HERE?
MAYBE I MISSED IT, BUT I COULD NOT FIND "HAND LETTERING SKILLS" OR "SIGN PAINTING EXPERIENCE" IN THIS LIST OF REQUIREMENTS.
WELL, I GUESS IT DOESN'T MATTER ANYMORE.

They can't be serious. Someone has to tell them that slavery is out of fashion.
They must be the type of people that get someone dumb enough, and let them run the store while they go fishing.

They forgot to mention that the pay is $8.00 an hour. Actually, I'm probably exaggerating. It's probably minimum wage to start.

Probably think they can pay the sign painter with a six-pack of beer.

What it means is......we used to have 48 employees in our store, each doing a specific job.
Now, we have 20 employees, and everyone has to step up, and do each others' job. Notice, it says "reports to work on time...." but I'm betting what it doesn't say is "part-time". Of course, your hours will be flexible, to fit into OUR scheduling requirements.
And the more jobs you are observed be able to handle, the more we will "allow" you to do. Of course, that doesn't mean we'll pay you anymore; but know that you may be able to keep your position.
After you get done answering the phone, unloading the trucks, mopping the floors, working a check-out aisle, doing inventory in the produce section, washing the windows, stocking the shelves, mailing out the sales flyers for next week, and retrieving all the shopping carts from the parking lot, etc.....go do the week's shopping special signs. Spelling and layout experience optional.
