Client created their own logo but can't provide us with a vector. We've asked them for the font names, which they can't remember or locate the info. I have looked on many sites and can't seem to find these two fonts. Again, thanking you in advance for your help.

Lori, the Racing looks like a font called Impossible 1000 from DaFont. I don't know about the RPM.
