Thanks everyone for the responses and great info on my last post regarding Latex over Oil paint.
I went with Sherwin Williams Super paint on the gray and the white, and used their Resillience on the Red. I did not have the time necessary to order an Nova paint. Will try them out on the next wall job.
The job was about 25 feet in the air, and only a sidewalk and a patch of ground between me and a 4 lane main street. (I won't be doing anything like that again. haha)
After finally figuring out which lift would work for the job (having to send one back and get another) we were set to go.
After a later start than planned, we still ended up knocking out this the job out in a day ... which pleases me to no end!
I did do the gray undercoat on the red, which made the other two coats cover well.
About 7:30 in the evening, we were back on the ground, got loaded up and started heading home when monsoons of rain started pouring down. Sheets of it ... Big drops, thunder, lightning, and gusts of wind. I had visions of paint running down the building ... red no less on a bright white wall. Had horrible "Carrie like" images in my head, and the dreaded feeling that our elation of finishing this job would become a rerun of monumental proportions the next day.
We went back the next morning to find the graphic still in tact on the building. There is something great to be said about investing in good paint. Whew! What a relief.
I can't post pix here for some reason, but if anyone would like to post it for me, I'll email a photo.
Much appreciate the input you've all given me.

Thank you Si! The circle was 10' in diameter. Man, I'm relieved this job got finished this weekend.

Janette, I am glad that the SW products worked for you. The layout is so nice and clean that it made me curious about your work. I have visited your website and the work is terrific! All was a cut above.
