Okay, it's an obvious tribute to the comics and the movies, but it's also free ... and yes, commercial use is okay despite what the license says. I can't say any sign people will be clamoring to use this font, but one never knows. And I did put some serious hours into making it a viable typeface. The commercial version is stacked with lowercase characters, extended foreign ranges, style-menu based layering effects and lots of fun alternates that seemed to take me forever to finish. Altogether, this consumed about 2 complete months of 8 hour nights. I was gonna do a 3rd face, but I got bit on the head by a brown recluse spider and was down and out for a few weeks. Enjoy.

I actually use #2 in window splash sorta, so if I ever learn enough can use it for design ..thank you

Now that you mention it, I believe I've seen this style before in some old SignCrafts. Probably window splashes. I did my own take on it, of course, and there is a font on myfonts that is also in this style:
