hi guys:
I used a GRAHPTEC FC3100_100 plotter(sign-a-lar use it and use inspire 1.12 program) to cut vinyl, it works fine.
last week, I can't sent to cut suddenly.
I delayed it and re-install, but still not work.
any one here knows what happened.

by the way, anyone has installation disk, I can install to different computer.

Linda, all of Graphtec's drivers are available on line, You don't need an installation disk.
