My previous site was getting a little dated looking and was also displaying kinda small on the larger monitors more common in todays market.
This new site is divided into two main categories, Airbrush Art and Digital Design with five sub-categories in each section. I designed and set up all the pages myself and then handed it off to Creativeink in Stratford to put it all together. A special thanks to Jim at Creativeink for all his time and expertise.
One of the key features of this site for me is the back door administrator page. This allows me to be able to log into the site and upload or reposition the gallery photos at any time and with the greatest of ease. No more excuses for out dated photos...lol
Hope you get a chance to take a look... thanks

Super work! Very impressed. Smile more...you look angry on your website.

Very, very nice website and absolutely superb work that you are showing. I've got to say one thing though, on your opening page, it looks like the girl is wearing one of those big red clown noses and it completely distracted me right from the start.

Ditto what Gary posts. Is the opening page even necessary? The front page that it leads to is much more clean and impressive.
One minor typo: "Viewing quality will vary according to montior settings."
Love the work. Have always been impressed with your stuff!
And...if you ever get ready to upgrade your Wacom, I'd like dibs. Hope I'm not broke that day.

Thanks very much for the comments and suggestions. It's really good to have something like this viewed through fresh eyes.
Thanks Don for spotting that spelling error. Funny how you can look at something over and over and yet never notice things like that. Sorry, but I'm afraid my daughter has dibs on that Cintiq...lol
Yes, I'm one of those people who doesn't care a lot for getting their picture taken. I will have to work on showing off those pearly whites instead of my smirky grin... hahaha
Appreciate the input about the image of the girl on the cover page. That glow over her face was a lens flare effect in photoshop which on the original artwork ( attached ) is not so pronounced.
In order to get that transparent image sized small enough to load quickly in browsers I had it compressed a fair bit through an online service which I think posterizes it a certain amount changing it's appearance somewhat. For the most part I felt I could get away with the changes but in that particular area I am now going to most likely remove that flare effect.
My thoughts with having the cover page is so I would be able to change out images like that to something new every once in a while without getting into the main design of the rest of the site.
thanks again

Outstanding Bevin! I am so proud to tell people that you used to be part of our sign shop and Letterheads. You rock my friend.

I am speechless. Great site, ez to navigate. Yeah, get rid of the clown nose on the first page girl. Smile, that tough guy look is so overdone these days.

I was expecting to be impressed and you delivered big time. Your seminar in Cincinnati had all of us astounded and I've been a fan ever since.
The white tiger nailed me, bro....

Speechless, that was the best website I've seen for the outstanding quality work you do.
Really like how you just place the mouse & the big picture jumps up.

Really impressed with the layout. So easy to navigate and of course your work is top notch. I hope my own will be as nice as yours.

Looks great! I just bought the Cintiq for my 13 year old daughter, who's obsessed with illustrating. Her 12' Wacom tablet is woefully inadequate, and I guess this is a good investment.
One thing on your site - you have no real searchable content as most of your content is graphics. If you're not worried about SEO, than that's irrelevant, but if you'd like to perhaps get more work via the web I'd add a bunch of searchable content.
Your work is amazing.

Just thinking out loud. Letterville is badly in need of a makeover. There's all sorts of content, but I think people are missing it.
Back in 1995, I was pretty handy with this stuff, but the days of HTML For Dummies is long gone. Something I need to post in a whole new topic.

Good Lord! What am improvement in your site! So much easier to view that fantastic work of yours Bevin... again I'm blown away by your work... Thanks for the Inspiration!

Again; thank you all very much. It's very rewarding to receive such positive feedback from the people who contribute to the letterville site. The wide range of talent and experience of the people who contribute here have always made Steve and Barb's site a great place to hang out.
Steve; you taught me a great deal and introduced me to some fantastic people. That knowledge and respect for the craft has always been the foundation that I have tried to, and continue to build on year after year.
Considering a make over of this site is perhaps an entertaining project for you. You and Barb have done a great job with it all these years, but a fresh look or some modern updates can never hurt. I'm sure you will get some good input from the folks here if you decide to pursue it further.
Thanks again everyone, and by the way, the clown face girl has been replaced... LOL !!!

Bevin, this is really beautiful, inviting and user friendly.
You make it fun and enjoyable to look through all of your breathtaking artwork. My friend is 86 and was a WWII bombadiar and will love this site.
