Thank you all for your Birthday wishes. Time passes so fast. Seems like just yesterday that I first discovered Letterheads.
It was the late 70's and these hippie kids from Denver were getting together to share their passion for the sign trade. It blows my mind to look back and see that many of my heros actually became friends. One of my first discoveries was Raymond Chapman. I had just turned 30 and he was something like 40 years old. He was an old guy.
My thoughts are with Si and Marti. They are going thru the one of life's most painful times and he's still hanging out here wishing me a Happy Birthday. It's easy to feel sorry for myself at times. Being sick all the time isn't any fun. Letterheads and our friendships with so many of you have taught me that our challenges are nothing compared to many of you. It's hard to imagine life without you guys.
