Informed today... breaking ground tomorrow, permitlless.... met with town engineer, the maybe easement is 5 meters outside of my property line, jokers can't read their own infrastructure plans...

Hope you get/got this straightened out.

My uncle went on vacation back in the 70's and came home to a road dozed through his property to some property behind. My cousin and I had made a trail to drive the old willys jeep on, and that is where they dozed the road.
My uncle spent thousands...and never did get the road closed.

I'm trying to put up a sign. Need to get sign permit but first need:
1. approval from home owners association
2. approval from Architect's Review board
3. approval from property owner
4. approval from Historic district review
5. approval from zoning
6. approval from sign reviewer

Life can be complicated some times...

Putting in a building on empty lot I've owned for 20 years. Broke ground this morning. 80'x100'x20'h industrial warehouse with loading docks...
