Informed today... breaking ground tomorrow, permitlless.... met with town engineer, the maybe easement is 5 meters outside of my property line, jokers can't read their own infrastructure plans...

Hope you get/got this straightened out.
My uncle went on vacation back in the 70's and came home to a road dozed through his property to some property behind. My cousin and I had made a trail to drive the old willys jeep on, and that is where they dozed the road. My uncle spent thousands...and never did get the road closed.
