I use S&F Custom signs in Hartselle, AL. On this one I just laid out the graphics using a Gemini font to match the letters I installed on their building, sent the file and they made the whole thing. They can do the changeable copy cabinets too.

Another choice is Econochannel out of Florida. They're as good as S&F, but a lot of times you can get a better price. They also offer free shipping on orders over a certain price, so ask about that, too. I think for NY, it's $1995 minimum for free shipping.
