It's been a while. I am removing some graphics from a Black Honda Element that has been "edge sealed" with 3M 3950 edge sealer. The graphics have come off great yet, I am left with a hard coated ridge of this edge sealre. I thought I would check here first to see of a remedy to remove it before I break out the acetones and laquer thinners.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hiya Corey, The few times I've run into edge sealer, it came off by scraping it with my fingernail or plastic blade. I couldn't tell you if it was 3M though. Although I have used the seal-it pen in the past, I only use edge sealing tape now.
Havin' fun,
Checkers

"Seams" 3M is over rated.

We just finished cleaning a bunch of it off a van. used our usual Auto Body adhesive cleaner and then alcohol. Lousy job , took way too long.
