Hi all,

It's been a while.
I am removing some graphics from a Black Honda Element that has been "edge sealed" with 3M 3950 edge sealer. The graphics have come off great yet, I am left with a hard coated ridge of this edge sealre. I thought I would check here first to see of a remedy to remove it before I break out the acetones and laquer thinners. [Smile]

Any help would be appreciated.

Hiya Corey,
The few times I've run into edge sealer, it came off by scraping it with my fingernail or plastic blade. I couldn't tell you if it was 3M though.
Although I have used the seal-it pen in the past, I only use edge sealing tape now.

Havin' fun,

Checkers

"Seams" 3M is over rated.

We just finished cleaning a bunch of it off a van. used our usual Auto Body adhesive cleaner and then alcohol. Lousy job , took way too long.
