Is anyone out there making dry rub transfers anymore or know anyone that does?

Somewhere in Signheaven there are alot of Letterset letters...mostly the z's, j's and probaably the q's. One page slipped out of a file drawer last summer and of course it was Cooper Block. I remember they held some promise that if they could put those letters in wax on a piece of poilyethylene, then they might be able to do vinyl...pre-gerber days. I don't even know if Letterset is still in business?
