I remember from a recent thread there were some questions about how to pan the screen in Corel, but I don't recall seeing this shortcut:
Hold down the ALT key and use the up, down, left, right arrows to pan in the desired direction.
This was the shortcut I was trying to remember, but for some reason I couldn't get it to work right in Corel 9 on my XP. It works fine on Vista with Corel 9. Hopefully this will help.
And if this shortcut was already known by all or posted without me noticing it, then on to the next subject-!!!

Hi Michael, It works on my machine using X3 on Windows 7.
Try a scroll mouse too if you have one laying around. Where you put the cursor, the scroll will zoom in/out on that spot. Works really easy, and no buttons to push.

Tony,
That one I remembered, but for some reason I always end up resorting to the shortcut keys for magnifying glass!!!
Old ways die hard!!!

You can also just hold down your scroll wheel and scroll around to where you want to go.

Hiya Michael, I missed the other thread. But, there's at least a couple of ways you can pan in Corel. First is the zoom icon on the toolbar. If you click and hold the mouse button down, it brings up the pan (hand) tool. Also, you can also left mouse click on the lower right-hand corner of the window to pan around. At least this is how it works since version 10 -X5.
