Good. Since upgrading to 4.01 I have been fighting a never ending battle to get Flash applications to work. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't, some sites work fine, others won't. I ended up loading Google Chrome as a work around. Hopefully 5.0 fixes that.

for once I have had no problems with firefox. I got all updates diables on windows, run no windows "secirty" programs and running avast free
adobe flash is always wanting to update I always deny it.

Flash is updating way too much for anything normal. Flash is passing info about your usages to a server. It is being called spyware in some circles because of the info it passes./ Personaly I am tired of its constant updates.

figured something was going on with that Curtis, Im also a little sick of adobe being so damn intrusive.

This 'intrusiveness' is happening all over the internet, mostly without our being really aware of it.......
Nope Elaine ... I took Ron's advice and went back to version 4.

LOL ... got used to lots of lots of version releases with Chrome, already up to ver 14.0.803
Lots of tweaks and fixes, and seems since ver 7 to be very stable and renders pages properly. Best new feature of late has been the addition of a decent print preview. Doesnt just print to default printer and paper size.
Best plugin I've found lately is 'Ghostery'. It blocks most trackers, enhancing privacy, as well it greatly reduces the amount of advertising that loads on a page, hence speeds up loading time. It's available for most browsers.
