Anyone around these parts produce or have a recommendation for a supplier who can produce double sided, 18"x32" (finished size) Boulevard banners with a pole pocket in the top and bottom to accommodate a 1" pole? Full color printing on both sides. 4 different graphics. Looking at 40 total (10 of each design). We've used signs365.com in the past, but they don't sew the hems and we've had issues with the hem/foam tape they use failing in cold weather.
Thanks Scott

Scott, give Henry's idea some serious thought. I don't know how well/long the digital prints will hold up; but I made some similar ones, years ago with vinyl graphics. My wife sewed the hems. Using hem tape on street banners is just asking for trouble, and just one more reason why I don't use Signs365.
They were put up about a year before Katrina, survived that and are still up today. They're starting to curl on the edges and looking a bit "used and abused"; but they've long surpassed whatever lifespan I had envisioned.

Thanks Dale, yes the tape just isn't the best. I ended up having to take down the banners and punching grommets at each end (top and bottom) of the pole pockets to keep them secure...pain...but it worked...learned my lesson.
