Arkansas Flag and Banner still make 'em-- don't have the link handy, but a Google search will find 'em... they are located in Little Rock.

anytime I order flags i just google it, those prices and distributors fluctuate like the stock market. I have never gotten a bad one but man can you get them cheap!
