I'll be taking twelve days off for Christmas. Love the break with family every year. January tends to be quiet, so it's not a problem taking nearly two weeks. What's the norm for you people?

Looks like I'll be having "the 12 days of Christmas" myself.
Looking forward to some rest and relaxation!

At the risk of sounding like a wise ass. We started our Christmas break on Sept. 23 and it will last until around April 23!!
Then our summer vacation will begin. Posted by Mike Pipes (Member # 1573) on :
No holiday time off here, we're way too busy at work with administative stuff to keep the production staff busy.

Obama says I no longer have to work and I can vacation as long as I'd like, Two days ago he bought me a brand new 32" Samsung LED HDTV and today a trunk full of groceries, so all I have to do is sit back get stoned watch TV and when I get the munchies, raid the fridge Posted by Ray Rheaume (Member # 3794) on :
Despite a full schedule, I'm going shut down the shop on December 23rd and take off through January 2nd. It's been my best and busiest year ever and I'm dire in need of some down time. A few projects around the house that I planned on doing during the summer months that will finally get done and I'm looking forward to spend more time with Sarah and being a big kid with her.

Just Christmas Eve and the weekend. We're in the middle of a project and General Contractor Job Bosses wait for nobody, not even the Lord let alone a lowly sign shop.
