yesterday our sp540 jammed up the media and separated cutting head from print head, as we were on our way to a funeral we connected the cutting head and shut the machine off. print head was back on the capping station, i thought but today we try to print and get nothing. tryed manual cleaning and several powerful cleanings but still no ink, please help

Hi, I've had a similar problem with my Soljet, I do a headsoak, (pour some cleaning fluid into the pads of the capping station, leave for an hour or so, follow with a powerful clean) this has worked for me more than once, good luck.

thanks for the the reply. I wanted to say thanks to whoever forwarded my message to Roland we got a call Monday morning from a tech. asking if he could help.His suggestion was the same. Between him and our Roland dealer we got the problem solved and we are up and running again. thanks again.
