rep called back from magnum and said they ran test on the products I sent to them and he did say they showed a default. He also said obviously it could have been an older roll that was defective and that fellers might have pulled it from the back when they sent it out.
I asked him to email me all he had just imformed me of so I could then go to fellers and get this last roll returned. He refused and instead offered to send roll of 24x50 ft of magnet material. Fellers however WILL NOT take this last roll back. I have bought nothing from Fellers since this began and will continue not to
I do appreciate the rep from magnum doing what he did and getting back with me. I am not impressed with Fellers right now and am very dissapointed in how they have handle getting back with me. I have been with fellers a long time.

Fellers really seems to have outgrown itself. I went YEARS without a problem but lately I've had a few orders just not show up, and a couple where I got shipped the wrong stuff. To their credit they've been extremely helpful in correcting the errors and did what they could to solve the problems, it's just sometimes not getting supplies the day you expect them can cause BIG problems.
Hopefully they'll get it all worked out.

so, if the manufacturer is replacing the roll what is it you want the distributor to do now?

I want the distributor to take back the last roll of magnum I bought from them. I got a rep yesterday from fellers to do just that. He emailed over a call tag for the material.
what I really want is to compensated for the 4 sets of mags that were returned to me BUT in real life that will never happen
