I see that Corel Draw X5 has included palettes from Roland. This is great, the Roland Color Library has some nice colors. Ideally, you select a color from the library, export, and with the right settings VersaWorks will recognize it and print it as a Roland spot color. There is a problem, however, and I'm not sure whose end it is on. When you export gradient fills using Roland colors, VersaWorks only recognizes the first color and prints that fading to white. This is highly annoying. It is not a new problem either, I noticed a post on Signs 101 about it dating from Apr 08. I emailed Roland asking about it and have got no response. C'mon guys, lets get this fixed, pretty please? I may even settle for a workaround if there is one.
