I have used SL and plotter(HI DMP69c series)together for years and have had very few problems. Recently I have had to run SL on a newer computer and find that when SL sends over 60,000 bytes to plotter it stops in "mid action" with blade down. I tried lowering the buffer settings at the COM port, but still have the issue. It could be something else, but this seems to be the common denominator according to my troubleshooting skills, which are minimum at best. Any suggestions anybody????

Are you utilizing the`plot spooler and or writing directly to the port? it sounds as though you may need to use the plot spooler program in signlab and or change the settings in it,....
