I could blast this out of marble or granite, but I think it would be overkill. What would you suggest?

I bolt the bronze plaque directly to the tree using (4) 1/2" x 1" galvanized Lag Bolts!

You can also sandblast a ten dollar Granite or Marble tile, glue that to a piece of scrap Aluminum and attach it to the background. I've done lots of really nice small signs that way. A dollar or two of Gold leaf really dresses them up.

I decided a bronze or stainless plaque from Gemini would be suitable to honor this deceased person, then sent the customer the following quote......
