Is anyone else getting calls like this? A recorded message tells me businesses in my area are eligible for "millions" in government stimulus grants, free money, blah blah yada yada yada.

I believe them. About as much as I believe the effin easter bunny is coming down my chimney to sh!t a basketful of golden eggs while singing kumbayah. Any minute now....

Yeah, local news did a story on it a couple nights ago. Its definitely a scam.

I never read a newspaper or watch the news. I don't even get spam. I did however send this email to those who may need this help!

" I want to warn people from Nigeria. If you get any e-mails from Washington asking for money, it's a scam. Don't fall for it ! "

I always hang up on recordings. The least they could do is have an actual person wasting their time along with mine.

I got an email from Nigeria wanting to purchase something I had listed on Craigslist. He asked me to send it to his son at college in Nigeria. He actually threatened me for not sending it and just taking his word that he paid thru paypal.

Said Paypal would be investigating me [Rolling On The Floor]

Still waiting for payment. [Roll Eyes]

How about French phone calls? We have about 1 call a week, totally French, no English...like I can talk to them??? Maybe they found out Tom took French in high school...hehe.
To David Wright...did you ever live in Mexico Mo? Tom said you look like a guy he went to school with also named David Wright...that would be to crazy, but possible..?? Kat of tomkat
