I am doing a couple of 5x9 single faced Dibond panels for an existing sign frame. My customer wold like a couple of lines of changeable copy on the bottom and the Wagner Zip change fits the
bill.
There will be a top, bottom, and a mutual track on the bottom of each panel. My question is, what's the best way to mount the track? I'm thinking that a good VHB foam tape would work or would rivets be a better option?

I have been told tape and a different kind of silicone that bonds to these type of substrates will work.
I did that and a few days later I am up on the ladder all day riveting and or screwing the track back in place.

Of course, your mileage may vary.

I don't trust glue or tape. Screws &/or rivets work best for us.

Set with small amount of vhb tabe. Then rivet it.

You will be glad you did.

Only made one sign so far with the letter track.
Slotted the screw hole, left the screws a bit loose, and it still puckered.

If I ever make another, it will be with the aluminum track not the plastic.

I've done the same thing before and used rivets because I didn't trust adhesives or tape.
