Anyone using StyroSpray 1000? Is this a fairly new product? I had tried the 750, and wasn't really impressed with the results (coating too hard and brittle).

Hey there Tim.
Don't know you are familiar with our Magic Sculpt or Magic Smooth products.
Smooth easily coats any type of material (including foam).
Sculpt is a modeling material which can be used for direct sculpting, repairs to sign substrates or adding fine details to signs.
I'll send you an email with more details!

I'm looking for a sprayable material. Thanks, anyway.

Tim I agree with being hard but Brittle?? sounds like your not getting enough down.

You may want to try Smooths on Brand.. Theirs may be a little more flexible. But you will have to buy their gun to spray it.

You also may want to try this.. We brush this stuff on and is hard as a rock when dry.. We use it more for Mold Casings.

Thanks William. I'll look into those. Maybe brittle was the wrong word, but I'd like a finish similar to the sprayable polyurea (platic like), but doesn't take special spray equipment. The StyroSpray 1000 can be sprayed using any air or air-assisted airless sprayer.
