The video is in .flv format, similar to You Tube and you should be able to snag it.

For the Mac folks, there's a cool program called SnapzPro X that will allow you to do a screen capture of the video along with the audio. You draw a rectangle to create a selection of what you want to capture, hit Enter.. errr.. return... and it's recording.
