These Contractors are installing the steel pillars in concrete to stop vehicles from parking on the pavement outside a Sports Bar downtown. They are now in the process of cleaning up at the end of the day and anxious to go home.
How long do you think it will be before they realize where their vehicle is parked?

I don't know about that. Measuring the van and the gap shows that the van should just fit through. But, the gap is closer in the foreground. Considering perspective angles, the van may NOT fit through the gap.

The van is a little less than 3 1/2 pavers wide. Wheel base less again. The stantions are a little more than 3 1/2 pavers between them if you don't count the flared base.
Tight squeeze tho!

The third stooge worked on it a few minutes here.
The body of the van will fit, barely. The attached picture shows lines pinned to the vanishing point of the photo. The majenta lines match to the width of the body at the back of the van. As a control, the light green matches the width of the body at the mirrors. Keeping the ends of the lines pinned to the vanishing point, both sets of lines superimpose exactly on the yellow, which barely fits between the stanchions.
I doubt both rode inside as the van backed out. One was surely guiding his nervous workmate.

Probably fooled all of us. The stanchions actually screw off at the base!
