I thought when I invested in Flexi, that I had purchased state of the art software. And it's worked perfectly for many years...but in the last two months or so...it's going haywire! I have reinstalled it so many times I can now do it in my sleep. Yesterday it decided to remove my toolbars and I had to go thru the customizing routine again. This morning it decided to change the production manager menus and I no longer can vary the weight settings for the plotter. It has removed my palette, refused to save, refused to fuse (weld) and freezes up at least twice a day. My only weapon left is rebooting. What's up! Anyone else have this stuff going on? Does 8.5 cure it?

there ya have it.. Likely they made some small change that is affecting your flexi. That would be my first guess. Because you never had trouble before and now you do. M$ just made a small number of changes that has affected more than a few around.
