The customer needs another sign like this. The letters are cut out of some kind of foam material with a top finish and the letters are 1" thickness. Any idea where to get something like this? Just need the letters, I'll mount them myself.

They are probably Gatorfoam, if they have a hard surface (not like a countertop laminate, but a thin hard laminate).

Cut 'em yourself. Not hard to do.
They even have Gatorfoam with Black fill.

Yes cut them yourself, we do it all the time. Gatorfoam. All you have to do is cut regular Vinyl, lay them down on the Gatorfoam, get a scroll saw, follow the vinyl, and voilla! If you want painted edges get some foam brushes or small regular paint brushes for tight areas. Make sure you use LATEX paint for the edges because oil will melt the foam.

just cut it out of cheese....(come on Nikki, you cheesehead, you should thought o this)
It will look yeller but the mold will make it darken in time...I like Colby.

seriously...cut um yurself...a $100 saw at Home DEpot and a sheet of gaterfoam...get er done
