Well, since you guys helped me out so much on my first box truck wrap and it turned out great, I was hoping for some suggestions on a boat wrap. I have a customer that wants a boat wrap, but I'm not sure what material to use and what to look out for, potential problems etc.
ay suggestions would be the bees knees.

No. I have heard do not use any air-egress materials. Most manufacturers make a material specific for boat wraps. Read the instruction bulletins on all of the materials.
that link to the boat material says it's An air egress technology that allows air outflow, reducing wrinkles and bubbles. Anyone here done a boat wrap? I'd love to be able to go into this with confidence. I have help with the install, but I want to make sure I'm using the right stuff.

Dawud, I've done a few and other than some funky contours to deal with, the only major problem was the bottom edges that were under a constant and heavy stream of water when the boat was running. That was solved by using a strip of clear vinyl laminate on the edges receiving water exposure.
Another problem was the uneven look of the cut under the gunwhale, hidden by a small bead of black silicone caulk. Call me if I can answer any other questions for you......
